Vampires!

So it is 9:00AM. The vampires are notorious for sleeping until early afternoon. The oldest, Count Tristan, has been known to sleep well after 2:00PM. Ahhh, to be a teen on summer break again! And then there are those of you are shaming me for being a “bad mom” for letting my son sleep so late… I know, right?

. I went back to get more of Annie. I woke her. She hissed at me when she heard my camera shutter click. Crap…I must get a quieter camera if I intend on sneaking up on people. I happened to get this before she ran after me. “What are you doing?” “Get out of here!” “What’s your problem?” “Give me your camera!” “Delete those! Now!!!!”

VA: *screams* You’re mean!
ME: You say that like it’s a bad thing.

Baby vampire was yapping already. Maybe he heard his sister yelling at me. Baby vampire loves his mommy. He lets her take his picture. I must have to admit there is something about that bedhead, fuzzy eyes and “Ma” that I just love.

He is not afraid of the sun…he looks right at it and realizes that it is time for breakfast. Brown sugar oatmeal is the best! Oh and the pancakes! What will he eat? Adorable.

5, 6, 7, 8...Day and night, night and day

OK. Enough has to be enough! Right? Four hours of team practice and four to six more hours of tumbling a week. Ummm...let's see that is eight to ten hours of ICON!!! Nonstop par-tay...jeez! Wait until the season kicks in.

AH: Mom did you order my wedge (tumbling mat)?
KH: No. Waiting for the money tree to blossom.
AH: Ummm...do you think that will be soon? I have some new skillz to 'throw'.
throw - v. [throh] - slang - To perform a tumbling skill, usually blind entry skill
Use: OMG! Her tumble pass is sick! She threw like three doubles!
KH: Do you remember how long it took to get you to Scottish Rite Hospital in Atlanta? Ya, thought so.
AH: Ummm...Can I have 5 bucks? I think I hear the ice cream man comin'.

Lawdy, lawdy...

It has been some time since my last post!

I have to admit I have been up to alot. First, I gave up my studio. I found it hard to drive 20 miles each way to do what I could do at home...in pajamas! It seemed like a great idea at the time...

I also got to have ladies night! I actually left the family unit behind at home and had hors' de vours, drinks and took in the movie 'Sex in the City'. Thank god for my friend Rachel's birthday. Did I mention the last time it was that I went out with other women...I am even trying to calculate. Had a blast and let some poor man at Papadeuxs in on way too much "girl information". That man is armed now with some deadly information. Oh and not only did I eat seafood but I got the pleasure out of eating the entire swamp! LOL!!! Frog legs, alligator, crab fingers...really (WTF?), mussells and calamari. I am proud to have kept it down with my 'Pink-panty-pull-ups'!

Oh and we are in week 3 of summer vacation. The kids are bored as hell. I bet they can't wait for school to start. We have been having alot of sleepovers.
